Okawari Japanese
Okawari (oh-ka-wa-ree), literally translated as 'more food please', is precisely what guests will be demanding at the end of this Japanese culinary experience. Beginning with a two-hour sushi-making masterclass, guests will try their hand at preparing fresh nigiri, maki and sashimi. As dusk falls, guests are invited to discover the delicate art of modern Japanese gourmet cooking with a seven-course tasting menu at the Japanese Grill, serving innovative Asian cuisine influenced by local ingredients.

Before retiring for the night, guests will sample The Garden House's newly launched vegan menus, with specialities including Josper Grilled Pumpkin & Fennel and Roasted Parsnip & Apple Soup.
