York is one of the great British weekend-break destinations (there are many reasons why it was named UK's best city for a domestic holiday this year by Which? readers) and there's no better place to stay than at No.1, YORK, the city's creative townhouse hotel from 'Guest brothers' Tristan, James and Tom. On a mission to develop a new generation of boutique hotels across the UK, the brothers cherry-pick iconic buildings in the heart of the cities and reimagine them on the inside to create a sense of wonder for hotel guests and local community alike. Think imaginative interiors by British designers, respecting the heritage of their iconic buildings but, when guests walk through the doors, they'll enter a colourful and wonder-filled world full of heart and soul. The engaging staff, imaginative design details, surprising finds, and curious collections within the hotels will match the uniqueness of the cities outside.
